Cole Slow

Salad from your favorite burger joint!
You will need: 200 g white cabbage, 200 g red cabbage, 120 g carrots, 80 g onions, 3 tbsp. yogurt, 2 tsp mustard, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, a couple of sprigs of dill, a pinch of salt and black pepper.
Cooking. Finely chop both cabbages, salt, knead with your hands until soft and season with vegetable oil. Cut the dill, carrots into strips, and the onion into thin half rings. Mix all the ingredients, season with yogurt, mustard and pepper.
